Size/weight of meat vs number of pieces
When cooking on the Egg, what affect does it have on the cook time if you have 2 pieces of meat that total 15 pounds vs 1 piece that is 15 pounds?
We're talking pork shoulder in this specific case. 15 pounds @ 1.25 hours/pd = 19 hours? Or say largest piece is 9 # @ 1.25 = 11 hours? What about the smaller piece?
