We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! Old Standby London Broil...

Yes I know that is a cook, not the cut.  Quick, easy, and cheap.

Rubbed with McComack Montreal, done raised grid at 400-500 for about 7 minutes a side until the internal was a bit over 130.

Served with baked potatoes and salad out of our garden.  In violation of the it-didn't-happen rules I have no pics of the salad.  We ate it while Egging.

Very tender and juicy.  A touch salty, as I was too generous with the rub.
