New accessory, cold smoke sesh

Currently 25 degrees with NNW 12mph.  ProQ Cold Smoker with peach sawdust from smokinlicious.  First batch is pepperjack and cheddar, second will be mozz.

Smellin' good in the neighborhood!

  • Must be a great aroma, I love pecan as it is a sweet smell, going to have to try peach next time.

    Pecan is probably my all around favorite smokewood also.  It is the perfect balance.  Apple would come in a close second.  First time using peach, very sweet and mild.  Cannot wait to use it with Ruhlman and Polcyn's sweet bacon.
