Saturday cook: steaks, corn, burgundy mushrooms

Tried reverse sear on steaks for first time and very happy with results. Did indirect 275-300 until 110 internal, pulled, then finished direct on new cast iron grate. Worked perfectly. Corn was misted with EVOO, salted and peppered and wrapped in foil. Did the Burgundy Mushrooms from Pioneer Woman, but frankly was underwhelmed with results. Overall and easy and tasty dinner.
