Ha ha. Forgot about this one. I don't have a whole lot of tips for you outside of the other stuff on here. We still use it almost every week but it's much more of a workhorse than a fancy toy these days. We do a lot of chicken beasts on Mondays for the week ahead. We still do fun stuff on it from time to time but we love it most for every day meals. Veggies are awesome too. Glad you brought this one back out of the depths. I have some wagyu short ribs that I'm going to recreate a 54 hour SV seared short rib "sashimi" recipe from our favorite spot here. Have fun and use it a lot.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX
