We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Pulled pork leftovers

One more idea for you all- I made a couple omlets this morning and filled them with pulled pork heated up in a skillet with a little bone sucking sauce. My wife was a little grossed out at the thought but once she tried it, she ended up liking it quite a bit. Finally used up the leftovers so time to do something else this weekend. I got a picture on my blackberry, I will add if I can figure out how to add.
