Seasoning Bacon

So this morning I was frying up some bacon for breakfast and thought I'd throw some seasoning on it. Tossed a tad of butt rub and it was killer!!

Has anyone else ever done this? Might be common but I'd never thought about it till this morning.

    I put brown sugar and rub on bacon then I smoke it - comes out incredible. My kids eat it all though.

    Tell them the rub also has pig brains in it.  They may not eat it all.
