We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Decided to slice up and seal a brisket for future meals

Did a brisket last night and it was ready at 3am, after an hour of rest. Placed in it the fridge and decided to slice it after I woke up.

Sealed and ready for the freezer for some meals later.

I had to have a few pieces for lunch. All I can say is WOW..very tender, juicy. Oak wood and Dizzy Dust did an outstanding job on the flavor.
