Turkey brine - or not

Saw a frozen butterball today at publix. Said it was in a solution of 8% water and less than 2% salt. If that is all I had to evaluate, would you recommend brining that bird? Or is the 2% salt enough already? Thanks.

    Butterball also sells unbrined all-natural turkeys.  I have two right now (well, 1 and leftovers) and I brined the one I cooked.  I was thorough in reading the fine print.
    This is my signature line just so you're not confused.
    Large and Medium BGE, Kamado Joe Jr., smoker with a 5k btu AC, gas grill, fire pit, pack of angry cats, two turntables and a microphone, my friend.
