Just had some awesome wings

Just had some great wings. 350-400 dome, raised grid, direct. 30 minutes, flip for 20 minutes, remove and sauce then back on for 10 minutes. Season with Dizzy Pig Swamp Venom and a little corn starch to crisp the skin. Sauce was a combination of a local sauce called Mama Raps Garlic sauce, with some Franks hot sauce, a little garlic power, onion powder, honey, butter, red pepper flakes and a Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce from Robert Rothschild Farm.
