my best ribs

Basic Kroger bb rib pack
Mustard and rub
Foil ends
Temp around 260
Spritz every 20 with apple/a cider
Brushed with honey about 4 hrs in, wrapped
Removed PS then unwrapped
Pulled after 20...Stubb's/honey till done

I used Rufus Teague rub. I hate to admit it but picked it up at tj maxx. It was really good. The short honey bath and spice mix worked well together. Managed to pull the ribs right on time. Great taste and texture. By far the best I've done. I'll Spritz from now on, no pan beneath and foil the ends. Egging and learning.
