Bacon'Splosion 2.0 This is it folks!

So previously I tried making the Bacon Explosion from Epic Meal Time.  They say to use Italian sausage, but I found that it masks the flavor of the bacon and I'm not a fan.  I tried again last night with a pork loin filleted out flat then rolled back up.  Man, what a difference.  I highly recommend it.  I actually got the comment, "Paul, whatever you've done wrong in you life, you just made up for it with this."  I can't hope for better than that.  I even used leftovers for omlets then next morning, which were friggin awesome.  For the record, if I ever feel like threatening my heart again, this is how I'll do it.  Enjoy!
