Did wings last night..........
I did wings for the second time last night. First time about 2 weeks ago, I did them direct and not raised. They were ok I guess but i knew there was better to be had.
After doing some reading here and the web I went indirect with the 30-20-10 system. WOW. I did 3 kinds of sauces and man they were the best wings I have ever had. I only wish I had made more.

400 degrees indirect,
cook for 30, flip for another 20, sauce and back on for 10
