Brined a 3pound loin sunday added a little brown sugar for sweetness . came home today pulled it from the brine and sliced a thin piece off to test fry was really tasty so onto the XL after dinner and smoked with hickory, apple and cherry wood till a internal temp of 147 its resting now waiting to be sliced up .The brine recipe can be found here

    Tj thanks , all sliced now and the taste is great am really happy with the way it turned out only mistake was i didn't  let it chill long enough before slicing it . always the next time
