Tuffy Stone just opened a new Q Barbeque restaurant down the street from my house last week. Had really good brisket and ribs (but mine on the egg are so good too!). Fun when your heroes are bbq cooks like Tuffy and all y'all here! I asked him does he allow fan pics- well sure!

I like him. He doesn't seem to be a crap head like some of the other folks.

Ahhh, so you live in beautiful, downtown Short Pump, eh?  I'm closer to his first location, just off of Midlothian Turnpike.  I was glad to see a West End location open up, but disappointed that his Hampton store didn't make it.

Very cool. I like watching him on BBQ postmasters. I am in NOVA and have thought many times to go down to Richmond to try his resteraurnt.

@mb99zz good Q for sure. But my egg is producing better and better butts, briskets and ribs I now judge a place on how close it is to mine (vs the other way around while still learning)!
