The start of a good weekend.
Just fired up the egg and put two 8 pound pork butts on with cherry and apple wood. Tonight will be a pork fest and a few apps. Tomorrow will be A16 pizza dough with a few varieties of BBQ pizza. Sunday will be some beef still deciding. More pics to follow.
