I could not think of anything to rival Travis on a game hen and asparagus cook :-)
Pretty simple. Hens stuffed with lime slices, sprayed with EVOO and dusted with Treager Sweet. Asparagus sprayed with EVOO and sprinkled with salt and Treager Souvlaki.
Done indirect on a rack at 400 for 40 minutes until internal was in the 180's. Asparagus went on a rack under the hens for the last 10 minutes.
