    Good looking burger, much better than the one I just paid $10 for at my "neighbourhood pub". 

    I have a bottle of Tennessee Honey that is just not my kind of sipping liquor, maybe I'll try it in a burger.....

    Perfect Fred, just perfect, LOL.
    About 3 Tbs for each pound (actually that would be 4.5cl to 454gr of meat)
    Geez when will the USA get with the rest of the world. Being Canadian, we are bilingual, metric and Imperial. 
    I saw an article that the use of imperial measure adds at least 1 year to the K-12 interval. Further English, because it is a difficult language, adds as much as two years. (Thank goodness everyone wants to speak it) This is one of the primary reasons asians excel at math and science, they spend less time on units of measure and language. Not saying I agree, just stating what I saw.
