Prepared last night for tonights dinner details here http://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1144038/friday-night-loin#late Cooked tonight indirect on the LBGE @355 grid for roughly 1.5 hours internal temp 143 degrees  .veggies and rolls done on the XLBGE. Very tasty and moist

    Good cook, of course if it has bacon it must be good, right? 
    Like the idea of stuffing with feta, never done that, must give it a try. You must have a fancy mandolin, like the crinkle cut veggies.
