Egg Roasted Veg...

So SWMBO was canning again today, a whole bunch of tomatos.  She roasted a couple of pans of tomatos onions and garlic and added to the tomato sauce Royal Oak and some cherry chunks.  So far so good, the sauce tastes great, about 6 gallons today.
