Had one turkey thigh leftover from yesterday's cook. Went diving in the veggie bin and found these:
Cleaned and waiting to be seasoned and lubed
Invited to the dance (bay leaf was camera shy)
Placed in a foil pack on small for 45 minutes at 425. Added the leftover turkey thigh for the last 20 minutes to warn through
Off the egg and ready for the table
Doctor wants us to eat more veggies and less meat. The egg and veggies are soul mates. The juice from the veggies was very tasty, infact, with enough veggies the juice would make a wonderful stock. (the meat-n-taters other half had two helping...it's a keeper :-})
