Jazz up a Costco Rotisserie Chicken on the Egg

Decided for a quick dinner while I picked up some raw chickens to spatchcock. Couldnt pass the pre cooked 4.99 chicken so brought one home and it was cold. Split it and throw it on the egg, and it tasted much better than the standard taste they have. Cooked @ 300 - 350 for about 30 mins while I made some homemade pasta on the Kitchen Aid (shameless plug I know theres a lot of KA users here). Threw some pesto on the pasta, side of chicken good stuff.
