Rib roast

Publix has a good deal onthese and might pick one up tomorrow. Who has cooked one of these bad boys and what was your technique? Thanks in advance

    Not sure the rib roast you are considering-but if it's a "prime" (actually choice most of the time) rib roast I cook low&slow at around 250-260*f on the dome til it reaches your desired finish temp.  Plan on around 25-30 mins/# after letting the roast come up to room temp. 
    Louisville;  L & S BGEs, PBC, Lang 36; Burnin' wood in the neighbourhood.
