Danish baby backs

I have a case of great Majesty brand Danish baby back ribs. I want to cook them on the LGBGE. On my pig cooker I use foil to start. I have read on here not to use foil. Any helpful info would be great, direct vs indirect? Temp, and duration? Etc. thank you in advance
