i need some help from brothers and sisters with more eggsperience than me in woods.
I would like to know if any of you has any experience with orange and lemon wood chunks; are they any good for smoking in the egg?
If so, what have you used them on?
I live in Greece and we have more of these trees than we can use....

I have no experience with those two woods, but we do use a lot of fruit woods here. Cherry, peach, and apple are very good. If you have a good surplus of them I would suggest to burn some and smell the smoke. Best advice I've heard here is, "if the smoke smells good, it will taste good".
Let us know how it turns out.

Wood came from Dan4BBQ country via a friend.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!
