I need some help / advice with butt cooking. I attempted using a mustard rub for the first time along with other seasonings, the butt turned out great butt just a little dry. Is that the affect of the mustard?

    The mustard would not have that effect. Tell us what you did and you will probably get some great feedback.

    What temp did you pull at? How long did it sit before FTC and how long did you FTC? What temp did you cook at?
