Dizzy Pig Rub Recommendation

I've done this about five times now,  shook a fair amount of Dizzy's Raising the Steaks on sliced mushrooms and onions.   It's a simple process for each veggie: cut, drizzle with olive oil, pile on foil and make a pouch, throw on grid and shake every now and then......I don't mix the shrooms or onions till on the fork.....gotta say....purdy darn good eats.......
