What to cook tonight?

Wife is heading to the supermarket now. Too late to low and slow smoke anything so I need ideas on a good meal on the egg tonight? Something worthy like a low and slow but only about a 2-3 you cook max.

    I found a link I remember reading the other day, had some good ideas.  Only way you can screw up tenderloin is by overcooking, but the possibilities are endless...
