My folks came up for a visit. While they are here, they will be celebrating their 47th Anniversary. So, we got a whole filet and sprinkled a little Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks (my first try on this blend). Due to different preferences on doneness, I cut the filet into 3 pieces. Seared them, and then put them indirect to finish up. Like budda.
