Was watching Primal Grill and noticed he had an egg fired up in the background. You don't see that every day.

    I've seen him use the BGE a couple of times. Usually for long cooks

    We love watching his shows and we have several of his books. The Sauces and Rubs book is a must-have.

    His contracts with Weber seem to reel in his outward love for the BGE.
