We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! Today's Chef inspired Seafood Class given by Chef Darryl Bell Jr from Bouchon of Yountville, CA.  In addition to working for Thomas Keller he owns a large Big Green Egg and is one of our customers.


Dishes prepared-

Grilled Trout with confit fingerlings and pickled pearl onions in brown butter caper/lemon sauce, Grilled Shrimp with Passion Fruit BBQ sauce on Grilled Polenta will Arugula Salad with grilled Peach vinagrette followed by Grilled Scallops on grilled Polenta topped with Orange Gastrique!
