Doing some spare ribs

Gonna fire up the egg and do up some spare ribs Saturday. My issue is the butcher for some unknown reason split and cracked the ribs so now I am left with a couple nice racks and many individual rib sections of various sizes. Any suggestions on cooking times and temps to get them all to come out right and not dry?
