If one is using the BBQ Guru or the Maverick Remote –  - Where is the best place to attach the grill temp monitor - - using the set up in the photo

If it was me I would do it on the lower grid in a position blocked from direct heat.

+1 and slightly away from the meat so that doesn't effect the temp

Same grate that you are cooking your meat on and about an inch away from the meat (if you can). Never did hear back from you on the Secret Santa stuff. How'd you like the stuff?
