Salmon for supper

Salmon on the BGE. Used Jack Daniels oak wood chips & Dizzy Pig Raging River rub. Put a little olive on to help the rub stick. Cooked it at 450. 4 minutes on flesh side then 8 minutes with skin side down.  It was so flakey moist & tasted great.

    i like the skin crispy, myself.  it doesn't get crispy on a plank.  gotta do it direct like you
