I searched the site a little for cooking method and recipes but would like fresh suggestions. Indirect vs direct? What time/temp? I plan to do 1/2 of them sharp cheddar cheese and the others with cream cheese. The box recipe calls for cooked bacon INSIDE the pepper. I see bacon wrapped recipes and pics here. Do I add any seasonings or just enjoy the flavors of the bacon, pepper and cheese> Thanks!
