Big Bob Gibson Rub

I ordered some of this online recently and cooked two butts last weekend with it and was really pleased with the flavor! I will definitely be buying more. Anyone else out there used this particular rub before? If so,did you like it?

  • Get the cookbook.  Good stuff.  I love the loafpan chicken recipe with the white BBQ suace.  I guess a variation of the rub that you are buying is in the cookbook (can't remember off the top of my head).

    Ate at Big Bob Gibson's in Decatur, AL. That was some fine eating. Left with some of his sauce.
