Medium newbie's 1st post

Hello all, bare with me and my 1st post here.

I purchased a medium egg about 8 months ago and built a basic, simple table that works me. This cooker is incredible!

I have been lurking here since purchasing and am thankfull to all for your input.

The fried gasket problem resolved after frying two of them. Just going without and all is fine.

Work schedule, second shift six days a week, limits egging to Sundays only and have done the basics, spatchcock chicken, smoked turkey, briskets, abt's and pizzas.

 Am already considering a large or XL because of the limited accesories for the medium.
