shout out to hot tub steak connoiseurs
A while back I asked for advice on a new way to prepare a steak and was turned on to the hot tub method. It kicked ass. I was actually thinking of buying a sous vide controller as a result. I saw a guy on youtube cook a chuck steak that he cut with a fork. Thanks for the great advice.
