These turned out great.....brushed with a little olive oil, dusted w/a bit of garlic salt, pepper......

Looks good...i've thought about trying those wire skewers, but have hesitated because I feel that flipping them would be tough if the meat and veggie pieces spun. Do you find that to be the case?

Little bit cumbersome , but u can put a lot more on them

I have tried kabobs with all meat then another with all shrooms. That way, I get the right temp for both. They look mighty tasty!
