I'm going to do Cowboy Kabobs. Sirloin steak chunks, orange bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onions on skewers with a mixture of A1 sauce, horseradish sauce, and BBQ sauce as a marinade and glaze. Turn 90 degrees every 4 minutes direct at about 450. The horseradish adds a really nice bite to it. Found the recipe in an A1 steak sauce recipe book.

Have you done the BBQ cabbage before? Like Quinn, interested how it turns out.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

sounds great have to try that one ,i've done cabbage by covering it up with foil and cutting the core out jamming butter and seasoning in it leaving the top exposed and slow cooking till soft with a bit of smoke adding more butter as needed . far from healhty but very tatsyLarge Big Green Egg , XL Big Green Egg .
