Did a couple almost 1" thick pork chops last night.  One with Dizzy Dust and the other with Tsunami Spin.  350F indirect for about 40 minutes (145F on the chops).  YUMMY!

  • What rub was better on the chops?

I just picked up some pineapple head. I used a light dusting of that and a regular dusting of shakin the tree on some babybacks last night. Out of this world!

Mainly I've used dizzy dust on pork & chops but wanted to change it up a bit.
