I'll check in the am, I've had my electric knife for 10 years or more, and it still works like a champ. I use it on Turkeys, bread, fish, brisket, etc. i even used it to trim foam when I re-upholstered a chair.Thanks, Mike "Live in such a way that if anyone should speak badly of you, no one will believe it."
