I just purchased a cast iron grate for xl. Is there anything need to do for seasoning or is it ready to go? Any tips on cleaning? Will I need to do any changing to the way I cook steaks and burgers.
Thanks
Thanks

You could season it if it isn't already. But keep in mind you'll probably inevitably ash the seasoning off if you do a hot grilling. So IMHO, it's ready to go. Maybe oil right before you put food on it. Or better yet, oil on the food if that's appropriate.

Thanks, sounds like a good batch of burgers should do the trick.
