I love the Mexican carnitas tacos with the garlic taste that I've had in restaurants. Basically Mexican style pulled pork. I tried making one on the BGE from a recipe I found on the Internets but the results were just mediocre. That was an Orange Juice/Lime/Garlic marinade. It was okay, but kind of bland with an odd taste. From what I've read the traditional way to cook it is in it's own lard, but I'd love get a good egg recipe.
