...but sooooo delicious !

This was a 12 ounce american beef strip steak, cooked on the mini egg. Boy do you guys raise some cattle !

    Looks good nice hatch marks too. I just did two filets on my mini last night like Cen-Tex said. Olive oil, salt and pepper. I used penzeys extra bold tellicherry peppercorns and blue diamond kosher salt. Really liked the results.
