Pork Chops with Homemade Beer glaze

Made some thick cut pork chops with a home made beer glaze. Served with some garlic lemon spinach. Pretty solid meal.

  • Looks delicious. How long/temp do you cook prk chops I tend to dry them out

    Cook to 140 temp.  Don't think time.
  • Nice I'm always a little sketch with pork but it seems 140 is the temp I see most often so 140 on my next pork. Do you cook to 140 on loin or roast etc
