BBQ Chicken Pizza

Second attempt at pizza. We were very happy with how it turned out. Thank you all so much for your help. Publix dough ,Cut up spatchcock from last night , red onion, green pepper, bone suckin sauce, mozzarella,provolone and fresh cilantro after it came off. 500 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Go Gators! Set the Egg with platesetter legs up , cooking grid on platesetter( actually a PSWoo3 setup with platesetter in and grid on top, but same idea) , BGE pizza stone on cooking grid ....allowed plenty of time for stone to heat at 500 before putting on pizza . Pizza on parchment paper for about 2 minutes before pulling the paper.GeorgePalm Beach Gardens, Fl and Blairsville, Ga.

In college I worked at a restaurant on Church street in Orlando and one of our most popular dishes was BBQ chicken pizza. It was pretty basic. Sweet BBQ sauce, carmelized sweet onions, chunks of chicken, a little mozzarella and Chevre on top. Chevre is really good on pizza. Your pizza makes me want to take the rest of the day off and go home and fire up the egg.
