We hope you all got to celebrate those tasty food holidays last week, we sure enjoyed them! We are even more excited about the beginning of fall, for so many reasons, but mainly for experiencing the cool, crisp air while being outside cooking up the best recipes the season has to offer. Day 2 of New Large Egg (2nd cook)

Spatchcock Chicken, Baked Potato's, Roasted Corn on the cob with a make shift raised grill. Meal turned out awesome again, after taking off threw on some hot dogs and smoked sausage for lunch food this week. So far family is liking the egg !
