I think my longest single cook at 250 was 18 hours, and I had leftover lump. I'd guess at least 22 hours, maybe more with a load of long burning lump. There are some brands, such as Wicked Good, that have exceptionally long burn times.
Have the LBGE but +1 with gdenby on Wicked Good being able to extend the cook time to whatever you could reasonably need for a low&slow. Load it up into the fire ring and you can go 24+ hours easily on a MBGE at the temps mentioned. Hopefully you will get additional info from more MBGE owners.
Louisville; L & S BGEs, PBC, Lang 36; Burnin' wood in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer.
I just did a 14 hr cook in my medium and I had a lot of lump left. 14hrs is my longest thus far, but I think this load could have gone an easy 4 more hours, if not more. I was cooking at 250-275.
