Flank steak marinated with EVOO, salt, pepper, and pressed fresh garlic for about 3 hours. Flank steak grilled at 425F to 450F 4min ea side and set aside to rest about 10 min while veggies cooked. Squash and zucchini coated with EVOO and grilled for 6-8 min at same temp and then tossed in pesto sauce. Dill Rice made with artichoke hearts, green onions, dill, lime juice, EVOO, and S&P. I've never been able to get the flank steak super tender, but this was amazing. Not sure if it was the slightly longer rest period, higher cooking temp, or being extra careful to make my thin slices. All in all, a great meal
